If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us within 36 hours of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid reason and a picture of the product on WhatsApp or over the email and notify us within 36 hours of delivery. The team handling your request shall guide you in case any further steps. Since we deal with perishable products, please send us a complaint within stipulated timeframe. We will not able to compensate, credit or replace any items for the complaints registered after 36 hours of receiving the delivery.
