Ingredients

Method
1. Blend the Buttermilk:
- In a large bowl or blender, whisk curd with chilled water until smooth and frothy.

- Mix in roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, ginger, green chili, and hing.
- Stir well to combine the flavors.
