Method
1. Blend the Lassi:
- In a blender, whisk curd with chilled water/milk until smooth and frothy.
2. Prepare Sweet or Salted Lassi:
- For Sweet Lassi, mix in sugar, cardamom powder, and rose water.
- For Salted Lassi, add roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, and grated ginger.
3. Serve & Garnish:
- Pour into glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with chopped nuts (for sweet lassi) or mint leaves (for salted lassi).
