Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh hydroponic kale leaves (from Eewa Farms), stems removed
- 1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana (for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- Juice of half a lemon (optional, for a zesty twist)
Method
- Blend the Ingredients: Add the kale, pineapple, banana, and coconut water into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add Ice & Extras: Toss in the ice cubes and seeds (if using). Blend again until the smoothie is frothy.
Serve Fresh: Pour into a tall glass, add a lemon squeeze if desired, and enjoy immediately.
