Method
Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, add lettuce leaves, coriander, mint, green chili, and ginger.
- Add roasted peanuts (or chana dal), lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and sugar.
- Pour in a little water and blend until smooth.
Adjust Consistency:
- Add more water if needed and blend again for a smooth, thick chutney.
