Ingredients
- 2 medium seedless cucumbers, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- Green Chili: 1, slit 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt: To taste
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
Method
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, and herbs thoroughly. Peel the cucumbers if preferred, then chop all vegetables finely.Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and green chili. Add the coriander and mint leaves.Season and Toss
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt over the vegetables. Drizzle lemon juice on top and toss the salad gently to mix the flavors evenly.Serve Fresh
